Most of November is reserved for completing and reviewing the product samples in Shenzhen. The plan then moves directly to Dubai, with a target arrival by November 30—at least one week before the planned GITEX North Star launch.

Working plan. Dates, event bookings, product scope, campaign terms, supplier schedules, depth qualification, and delivery timing are still being confirmed. The former Bangkok stage and AI focus-control work package have been removed. The current launch foundation is reliable hardware, documented interfaces, and open control development.
