AQWALY’s invitation-only pre-launch experience is a must-have before the GITEX North Star launch. The format is being evaluated: a relaxed Fujairah villa gathering could bring the people, product, making process, and underwater setting together in one place.

Naäma Beach Villas & Spa

A half-day private gathering at a candidate villa resort in Al Aqah, Fujairah. The pool, beach, lounge, and covered outdoor setting could create a natural flow between product demonstrations, technical conversation, and an informal dinner.

A relaxed start for an invited group of creators, vloggers, content makers, and journalists.

C500 under the pergola

Show selected AQWALY parts being machined, linking design for manufacture with the Made in Emirati commitment. Venue approval and a safe operating setup are required.

04 / CONNECT

Optional snorkel and dinner

Offer an optional guided Snoopy Island snorkel experience, then return for poolside conversation and dinner. Access and sea conditions must be confirmed; wildlife sightings are never promised.

Villa gathering or dhow-led field event?

Both can create memorable footage. They serve different jobs, so the choice should follow the event’s main purpose.

Better fit for the full pre-launch program

Villa-led gathering

Combines C500 machining, a large-screen story, relaxed creator and press conversation, dinner, and optional snorkeling in one hosted setting.

  • One event hub for technical, cultural, and social parts
  • Works best if the resort accepts invited non-resident guests and approves the C500 display
  • Needs a check on power, noise, safe machining area, AV, catering, and water-activity logistics
Alternative for a stronger water story

Dhow field experience

Stronger for on-water camera trials and cinematic coastal footage, but less suited to CNC machining, a large-screen technical session, or a comfortable dinner program.

  • Keep as an alternative or a small separate filming outing
  • Confirm charter, route, permissions, group capacity, weather, and water safety
Working direction: evaluate the villa-led event as the single anchor pre-launch gathering, and retain the dhow as an optional focused camera-test experience. The final choice depends on venue access, technical feasibility, guest count, and cost.

One event before the public launch

Target the invitation-only experience for the first week of December, ahead of GITEX North Star in Dubai. Date and venue remain open.
