Underwater housing
Present the final, tested depth and duration only after the production configuration has passed its defined qualification tests.
A campaign page can introduce the housing platform, explain what the developer’s kit opens up, and make a clear distinction between validated product details and features still in development.
AQWALY is a hardware platform in development: a manufactured underwater camera housing, an open expansion interface, and a developer kit for mechanical, electronic, and software experimentation. The core offer is hardware-first, with very limited bespoke electronics and software; the validated mechanical files allow display prototypes to be outsourced to professional workshops and prepared in about two weeks.
Present the final, tested depth and duration only after the production configuration has passed its defined qualification tests.
Explain the pogo-pin and I/O bus specifications, compatible modules, and the boundaries of what is available in the initial kit.
Show the open control stack, reproducible mechanical information, and the path for third parties to create compatible accessories.
The reward structure below follows the current hardware-platform plan. Prices and availability are proposed campaign terms; depth and ingress claims remain targets until the final configurations are qualified.
US$449 · US$359 early bird
Weatherproof lens-protection housing with manual focus and iris control.
US$649
Underwater housing with manual FIZ control.
US$749
Manual FIZ underwater housing for one selected camera.
IATA-compliant carry-on trolley with detachable streaming and 3DGS/SLAM 15 mm rod rig, plus wearable backpack. Final airline compliance and configuration to confirm.
Black hard-anodized aluminum shell with manual FIZ control; extended 45 m depth target for professional and enthusiast divers. Qualification required before any rating is claimed.
Three lengths to extend compatibility with selected lens and port setups.
Dome port with protective hood, intended for wide lenses.
Event-specific offers are planned; terms and quantities are still to be defined.
Qualification note. “IP68” does not by itself state a dive depth. The 30 m and 45 m figures are proposed targets pending complete product configuration, test protocol, and qualification.
The Nestworks C500 is planned for local prototyping and machining documentation of selected parts; the main housing components are intended for standard injection molding. A future 10–12 machine R&D micro-factory is a separate planned capability for customization and accessory development.
Planned public presentation and campaign launch window. Booth configuration and any C500 display details remain to be confirmed.
Nestworks plans to exhibit at its own booth. The AQWALY plan is to share one fully working prototype for display and selected videos of the C500 machining AQWALY parts. A vertical process banner is optional.
Proposed banner line: “Nestworks C500 made it possible in two months only, from concept to diving.” Verify the dates and what “diving” refers to before printing or publishing this claim.
AQWALY’s priority is dependable hardware platforms. The control interfaces and software foundation are intended to remain open, so users and specialist suppliers can adapt their own controllers and modules. AQWALY may also develop proprietary technology within that open configuration, as optional implementations that preserve the documented interfaces.
Make the enclosure, mechanical interfaces, seals, and core electrical connections the foundation of the offer.
Publish the interfaces and control foundation so the community and third-party suppliers can create compatible solutions.
The larger professional and institutional platform is intended to follow the same open approach for security, defence, and research users. Its scope and specifications remain future work.
Before launch, this page should be completed with confirmed specifications, tested configurations, component sourcing, manufacturing details, timelines, and fulfillment assumptions.
